About
Conversations for the Whole of Who We Are
Delightfully Dharmic is a podcast about what happens when psychology, spirituality, relationships, and real life are allowed to belong in the same conversation.
Hosted by Keilani Mason and Tania Beaudoin, the podcast explores the questions that tend to show up when we're trying to live with more honesty, awareness, connection, and alignment.
How do we communicate better with the people we love? How do we recognize the parts of ourselves that are driving our reactions? What does healing actually look like in everyday life?
How do we make room for spirituality without abandoning psychology, reason, or the body? How do we navigate relationships, parenting, identity, work, belief, doubt, change, and all the strange contradictions that come with being human?
Those are the kinds of conversations we want to have here. Not from the position of having everything figured out, but from years of working with people, being in relationship ourselves, raising families, questioning old assumptions, exploring different traditions, making mistakes, changing our minds, and continually trying to build lives that feel a little more whole.
Psychology Meets Spirituality
We believe some of the most interesting and useful conversations happen at the intersections.
Therapy can help us understand our patterns, wounds, attachment, nervous systems, and relationships. Spiritual traditions can invite us into questions of meaning, purpose, identity, love, suffering, consciousness, and belonging. Neither has to replace the other.
Delightfully Dharmic is interested in what happens when those worlds are allowed to speak to one another. That means conversations about relationships and communication can sit alongside conversations about contemplation, spirituality, psychedelic assisted therapy, motherhood, identity, purpose, embodiment, and personal transformation.
Sometimes the conversation is practical. Sometimes it gets philosophical. Sometimes it gets personal. Usually, it's a little bit of all three.
Meet the Hosts
Therapist · Coach · Educator · Podcast Host
Keilani Mason
Keilani is a licensed therapist, coach, educator, wife, and mother whose work focuses heavily on relationships, communication, attachment, trauma, emotional health, nervous system regulation, couples work, and psychedelic assisted therapy.
Her approach is grounded in the belief that healing is rarely about becoming a completely different person. More often, it is about understanding the different parts of ourselves, developing greater compassion for why they formed, and learning how to live from a more integrated place.
On Delightfully Dharmic, Keilani brings therapeutic insight into the kinds of situations people actually encounter: marriage, conflict, parenting, boundaries, personal growth, spirituality, identity, and the challenge of trying to live according to what we say matters most.

Tania Beaudoin
Tania is a therapist, facilitator, coach, and deeply curious conversationalist who brings warmth, humor, grounded wisdom, and an ability to make complex emotional and psychological ideas feel human and approachable.
Her work centers around relationships, emotional health, personal growth, connection, self understanding, and helping people navigate the places where life does not fit neatly into a formula.
As co-host of Delightfully Dharmic, Tania helps create the kind of conversation we value most: open, thoughtful, honest, occasionally messy, and willing to follow an interesting question wherever it leads.

Delightfully Dharmic is primarily hosted by Keilani and Tania, but their husbands, Zac Mason and John Beaudoin, are regular co-hosts and recurring voices on the podcast as well. They also bring two very different life stories into the conversation.
Writer · Coach · Spiritual Guide · Facilitator · Musician
Zac Mason
Keilani's husband, Zac, has spent much of his life moving between worlds that do not always seem like they belong together.
He spent years as a touring musician and songwriter, became an entrepreneur and restaurateur, and later built a career in corporate leadership, eventually serving as a Vice President of Operations before stepping away to pursue work centered more intentionally around writing, coaching, spirituality, leadership, and human transformation.
His longtime fascination with comparative religion, mythology, mysticism, archetypes, psychology, and psychedelic medicine now informs much of his work with people navigating questions of meaning, identity, leadership, religious deconstruction, career transition, and what it means to build a life that actually reflects who we are becoming.
On the podcast, Zac tends to pull the conversation outward, connecting what is happening in our relationships and psychology to mythology, spirituality, culture, leadership, history, and the bigger questions underneath it all.

John Beaudoin
Tania's husband, John, recently retired after more than 20 years in U.S. Naval Special Operations, including a career with the Navy SEALs.
After spending much of his adult life in one of the most demanding environments imaginable, John is now entering a very different chapter. His attention is increasingly centered around healing, embodiment, connection, friendship, men's work, and helping men rediscover something adulthood has a way of slowly squeezing out of us: the ability to play.
John brings a perspective shaped by decades of leadership, brotherhood, discipline, physical intensity, service, transition, and now the process of figuring out who we are when an identity that once defined us begins to fall away.
His presence opens conversations about masculinity, friendship, purpose, transition, embodiment, vulnerability, play, and what strength can look like when it no longer needs to prove itself.
Therapists and operators.
Women and men.
Psychology and spirituality.
Marriage and friendship.
Parents and partners.
Mystics and skeptics.
People who have spent years helping others, and people still figuring plenty of things out ourselves.
That mix is a big part of what Delightfully Dharmic is.
Why "Delightfully Dharmic"?
The word dharma has carried many meanings across different traditions, but one of the ideas we are drawn to is the relationship between who we are, how we live, and what feels deeply aligned with the life that is ours to live.
The "delightfully" part matters too. Growth does not always have to feel heavy. Spirituality does not always have to be solemn. Therapy does not have to become another endless project of fixing ourselves.
There is room here for humor, play, beauty, friendship, family, travel, good food, uncomfortable conversations, big questions, mistakes, and ordinary life.
Because ultimately, the point is not to become really good at self development. The point is to become more fully alive.
